Latin American bar and restaurant Cha Cha already has branches in Maida Vale and Mayfair, and now it's heading to Notting Hill for site number three. The new spot is going to be much more than a restaurant though as it's opening in partnership with clothing label Sister Jane. The brand will have a first-floor showroom and second-floor studio sandwiched in between the Cha Cha-run rooftop bar, ground floor restaurant and downstairs secret garden. The interiors – think 70s vibes with retro furniture and an autumnal colour palette – will bring the two brands together.
The menu, created by Head Chef Kai Rykowski (ex-Chiltern Firehouse) will mix Latino and Mediterranean flavours. Breakfast dishes will include acai bowls, cheese & truffle toasties and French toast with vanilla custard & rhubarb pistachio. You've then got the likes of sea bass ceviche, oysters with green tomatillo & jalapeno gazapcho, grilled baby gem with queso fresco & lemon brioche crumble, and robata grilled lobster tail, duck breast and octopus on the all-day menu. Just make sure you don't spill any of that on your newly-purchased garms.
