11 Cult Pieces We've Seen All Over the Streets of London Fashion Week

We’re biased of course but London Fashion Week street style is arguably the most eclectic on the fashion month schedule. Editors, buyers and influencers and unafraid of promoting their own personal style. While there’s no doubt that the Bottega effect is prevalent in London too, there’s more of a steer towards outfits that are original and interesting. There’s also been storm Dennis to take into consideration so the outerwear game has been strong this season so far.

So what are the cult pieces we’re seeing on the streets of London Fashion Week? The J.W. Anderson trench coat is still going strong, Jacquemus mini bags have been styled in an innovative way, and there’s a pair of high-street boots that look way more expensive than their price tag. Once you’re done with the UK’s capital, you can keep scrolling for all the cult pieces we spotted during New York Fashion Week too.

Style Notes: A tweed bag will always look chic

Style Notes: An ingenious way to wear the Jacquemus mini bags.

Style Notes: You can’t go wrong with bubblegum pink Prada.

Style Notes: Bernadette dresses are always at the top of our shopping lists.

Style Notes: We saw this coat all over Copenhagen Fashion Week, and now it’s in London too. And we can’t stop thinking about it.

Style Notes: A trench is always great for keeping out the bad weather. This J.W. Anderson is a new classic.

Style Notes: Chloé’s Tess bag is a great classic handbag.

Style Notes: For more interesting bag shapes, turn to Staud.

Style Notes: One of the biggest ankle boot trends of last year, hiking boots, just isn’t going away.

Style Notes: Ellie of Slip Into Style wears a pair of white ankle boots from Charles & Keith.

Style Notes: Those Bottega boots just aren’t going away. And nor do we want them too.

Style Notes: This monochromatic outfit is instantly elevated with a pop of pink via the statement collar shirt.

Style Notes: Who What Wear’s Kat Collings makes a good case for polished gingham with her midi-skirt–and-shirt pairing.

Style Notes: Sometimes, you can’t go wrong with a jeans-and-knit combo—especially when the jumper is as good as this one. All it needs is heeled boots and small sunnies.

Style Notes: Only Alyssa can make an impact with such a simple outfit. We’re running out to buy flat boots as we speak.

Style Notes: Danse Lente’s mini Johnny is one of the most affordable designer bags around, but it certainly doesn’t lack impact.

Style Notes: Brock Collection’s distinctive ditzy florals are instantly recognisable in this whimsical skirt. We like how she’s styled it with a simple knit.

Style Notes: One of our team members already has this bag on their wish list. This über-cool look is surely going to make them sell out right away.

Style Notes: We are all obsessed with this statement-sleeve maxi dress. We’re taking notes for our next spring wedding guest outfit.

Style Notes: We’ve lost count of the number of street stylers we’ve seen in these Khaite boots (Katie Holmes included). They add a much-needed pop of colour to this black-and-white getup.

Style Notes: Of course, we couldn’t do a street style gallery without adding at least one piece from Bottega. The brand’s pouch clutch is set to be the bag of the season.
