Momo reopened in 2019 after a massive revamp, including the addition of cocktail bar Kwant led by Erik Lorincz, but Mourad Mazouz isn't done yet as he's opening Mo Diner right next door. It'll be a Mediterranean take on an American diner, so expect retro styling with Moroccan tiles, cacti and a palm tree lightbox.
As diners do this one will serve up an-all day menu with beers, wine and shakes, again with a Mediterranean flavour. For brekkie and brunch you can get the likes of Berber pancakes with fig marmalade and almonds; Mo hash browns with brown sauce; and eggs florentine with mulukhiyah and aleppo hollandaise. Then from lunch onward you've got dishes such as lobster rock 'n' roll; Loulou's chicken wings; merguez in a blanket; and Om Ali bread pudding with hibiscus, rhubarb and basil cheesecake.
