TŌU TO LAUNCH KATSU SANDO GUEST CHEF SERIES

Katsu sando pioneers TŌU, aka owners of TĀTĀ Eatery Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, are launching their first ever guest chef series. Each chef will serve up their take on a katsu sando & pickle set, which’ll be available at TŌU in Arcade Food Theatre for one day only.

The series is kicking off with Jeremy Chan from Michelin-starred Ikoyi, with Jeff Claudio (formerly of Per Se and Noma), Leo Carriera (from The Sea, The Sea) and Max Halley (of Max’s Sandwich Shop) also getting involved. Jeremy’s sando will be on offer at TŌU throughout the day on 30th March, with an exclusive party featuring curated drinks and music happening that night.
