The Super Bowl halftime show may not be deemed a terribly uncomfortable mess this year.

More than that, it’s looking like it’ll actually be good. That’s nearly guaranteed because, as they announced in matching tweets on Thursday, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will be co-headlining the 2020 show.

J. Lo and Shakira don’t have any songs together, but they’re both known for producing jams in English and Spanish since the 1990’s. Lopez hit her musical prime in 1999 with the No. 3 charting “If You Had My Love,” and then had No. 1 hits in over the next few years with “I’m Real,” “Ain’t it Funny,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” and “All I Have.” She’s since pivoted to focus on her movie career, and her role in this year’s Hustlers is earning her Oscars buzz.

Shakira’s first four albums were in Spanish, and when she broke into the English market in 2002, she earned a No. 6 spot on the charts with “Whenever, Wherever.” “Hips Don’t Lie,” another hit featuring rapper Wyclef Jean, rose to No. 1, while “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)” became the most successful FIFA World Cup song of all time. She’s most recently dipped her toes into the movie world by appearing as the pop star Gazelle in Disney’s Zootopia.

Together, these bilingual icons will undoubtedly wash away the memory of whatever Adam Levine did in February.
