Its elegant and floral backdrop is the perfect setting for the most Instagramable afternoon tea and if you want more to try, you are in luck as they have just updated their food menu. From Burrata to wild mushroom risotto, they even have a wine paired to each dessert. Why not indulge and treat yourself and a friend to a meal of sophistication.

We can guarantee you have never had a sit down meal in a water closet before. Well that can now change. The WC is a tiny hidden gem, located underneath Clapham Common tube station, where you can try a range of cheese and charcuterie boards, all washed down with specially selected wines. There are only 3 booths that you can pre-book but they welcome walk-ins too and if you want to experience dinner with a show, pop down on a Sunday evening between 8pm-10pm to listen to some live music.

You drink the wine and then pay what you think is fair…it is as simple as that. This pop-up is the city’s only ‘honesty’ wine bar, and Vinery is putting its trust in people once again. Your £7.50 ticket allows you entry and an empty wine glass. You can top up your wine glass till you heart or you head is content and then at the end of the night give an amount you think reflect how much you have had. If like a tiger you are most awake at night time, then the blind tiger needs to be your new watering hole. This Indian style speakeasy is the latest bar to grace the streets of Soho, but you will have to find it first to actually enjoy it. Be transported, as you dive into small plates all whilst enjoying their exciting cocktails. We hear the cardamom spiced expresso martini is superb or the ‘monsoon Julep’ for those with a sweet tooth. Either way both, will complement the hip-hop playlist playing in this late night spot.
