Model Spotlight: Raymond Weil Maestro The Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s Watch

Swiss luxury watchmaker Raymond Weil has always drawn key inspiration from our greatest music icons. Since their beginnings in 1976, the brand has boldly embraced the arts, allowing music to shape both product and design.

In 2016, Raymond Weil celebrated their 40th anniversary with the release of the unique Maestro The Beatles Limited Edition watch, kicking off perhaps the most exciting musical partnership in the watchmaking industry. Shortly after, Raymond Weil released the “Abbey Road” Limited Edition watch, an iconic homage to the Beatles’ last album.

Now, Raymond Weil is proud to introduce the much-anticipated third Maestro as their latest collaboration with the world’s most famous rock band: the Maestro The Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s Limited Edition.

The timepiece draws its elegant design from the legendary Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album. The famous drum from the album cover serves as the inspiration for the dial’s stunning details. The yellow gold electroplated accents stand boldly against the cool grey of the dial, highlighting The Beatles logo and encircling the black Sergeant Pepper’s drum outline in the center.

But the innovation of this timepiece is not limited to the design alone. The black strap is made from vegan leather and available for the very first time from Raymond Weil. Additionally, the case back displays the official The Beatles logo on a smoked sapphire crystal background as well as an engraving of the limited edition number.

While the design is driven by innovation, this timepiece is still anchored in the quality and functionality the world has come to expect from Raymond Weil. The Sergeant Pepper’s Maestro features a RW4200 mechanical self-winding movement housed in a 40mm polished stainless steel case with yellow gold PVD plating. The timepiece’s power reserve can last up to 38 hours.

The Sergeant Pepper’s Maestro is presented in a dedicated watch case that was thoughtfully designed to celebrate the music icons. Each panel of the box pays homage to one of the Fab Four, drawing the bright colors from the famous suits the band wore on the cover of the Sergeant Pepper’s album. Inside, the watch case features the Sergeant Pepper’s drum graphic and The Beatles logo stamp of approval.

Feldmar proudly includes the Maestro collection in our line of Raymond Weil timepieces, including the Beatles Limited Edition.
